Our approach to family record organisation
Heirloomly's method is straightforward. We begin with a conversation about where a family is, what they have, and what feels most unclear. From that, we recommend a service that fits — without overselling a more comprehensive engagement than is actually needed.
Each service follows a structured process, but it is not rigid. Families come with different starting points and different amounts of time. We build the session around what is useful, rather than working through a standard script.

A guided session on gathering and labelling key family records into one clear, findable place. This is for families at the beginning — those who are not sure where things are but want a calm, structured starting point. Organisational help only; no drafting or advice.
