Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using Heirloomly's website or engaging any of our services. By using this website or purchasing a service, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions:

"Heirloomly", "we", "us", "our" refers to the business operating under the name Heirloomly, based at 52 Ratchaphruek Road, Wat Ket, Mueang Chiang Mai, Chiang Mai 50000, Thailand.
"Client", "you" refers to any person who uses this website or engages our services.
"Services" means the administrative and educational services we offer, including Records Overview Sessions, Household Ledger Kits, and Guided Family Sessions.
"Agreement" means these Terms and Conditions, together with any service booking or purchase confirmation.

2. Nature of Our Services

Heirloomly provides administrative organisation support and educational facilitation only. Our services are designed to help families gather, label, and organise their own records. We do not:

Provide legal advice or draft legal documents.
Provide financial advice or recommendations.
Act as a regulated professional in any capacity.
Retain copies of your personal documents after sessions.

Nothing in our services or materials constitutes professional advice of any kind. If you require legal or financial guidance, you should consult a qualified practitioner independently.

3. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website or booking a service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement. If you are booking on behalf of a family group, you confirm you have authority to do so on their behalf.

4. Service Delivery

Services are delivered as described on our website and in any booking confirmation you receive. We endeavour to schedule sessions at times convenient to you. We reserve the right to reschedule a session with reasonable notice if required. All prices are stated in Thai Baht (THB) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

5. Pricing and Payment

Records Overview Session: ฿3,600
Household Ledger Kit (including orientation session): ฿11,700
Guided Family Sessions programme: ฿29,200

Payment is due in full prior to or at the time of the first session unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept bank transfer and cash. Prices may be updated from time to time; the price applicable to your booking is that confirmed at the time of booking.

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before a scheduled session will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of a session are not eligible for a refund, but may be rescheduled once at no additional charge.
Household Ledger Kit purchases are non-refundable once the physical materials have been dispatched or the orientation session has taken place.
Guided Family Sessions programmes may be paused between sessions at your request, subject to reasonable scheduling availability.

7. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

Use our services and materials for lawful purposes only.
Not reproduce or distribute our proprietary templates, checklists, or frameworks without written permission.
Attend booked sessions or provide reasonable notice if unable to do so.
Ensure that any family members participating in Guided Family Sessions are aware of and consent to the facilitated format.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, templates, frameworks, and materials produced by Heirloomly remain our intellectual property. We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use purchased materials for your own family's record organisation purposes. You may not sell, sublicence, or redistribute any materials.

9. Confidentiality

We treat all information shared during sessions as strictly confidential. We do not disclose client information to third parties except as required by law or as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not retain copies of personal documents shared during sessions.

10. Disclaimers

Our services are provided on an "as is" basis. We make no representations about the completeness or suitability of our materials for any particular family's circumstances. We do not represent that our services will satisfy any legal or financial requirement. Nothing in our services should be relied upon as advice of any kind.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Thai law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant service. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by negligence.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend the provision of services where we have reasonable grounds to believe these terms have been breached, or where continuation of the service would be inappropriate. You may terminate a Guided Family Sessions programme at any time; fees for sessions already delivered are non-refundable.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute arising from or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chiang Mai, Thailand. We encourage parties to attempt informal resolution before commencing formal proceedings.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or by notice on our website. Continued use of our services following any change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
